After a string of three wins, Lenawee Christian's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Whiteford Bobcats by a score of 3-2. The Cougars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bobcats earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Lenawee Christian's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 15-6-2. As for Whiteford, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-9-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Lenawee Christian will challenge rival Erie-Mason at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Whiteford is set to square off against their familiar foe Morenci at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
