Western had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They blew past the Green Bobcats 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

While Western won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-17, 25-17.

Addy Brewster paced Western's offense, picking up 11 kills. Brewster really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 15. Camilla Banfi controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Despite the loss, Green still got an impressive performance from Jayden Neal, who had 17 digs and four assists. Neal is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Western's record is now 12-10. As for Green, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-17.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, Western and Clay will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:45 p.m. on Monday. Green does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
