Springport's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Gibson Overweg, who rushed for 59 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and also threw for 109 yards and one TD while completing 72.7% of his passes. Springport also got a significant boost from Kaden Woyame, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 161 yards.

The match pitted two dominant backs against one another in Grayson Bills and Taylor Stewart. Bills had a great game and rushed for 168 yards and three scores while picking up 7.6 yards per carry. Meanwhile, Stewart did his best for the losing side, rushing for 48 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Hudson's win bumped their record up to 11-0. As for Springport, their victory bumped their record up to 10-0.
