Baseball Recap: William Campbell Comes Up Short

William Campbell lost to Appomattox County back in March and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Generals lost 10-2 to the Raiders. The Generals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

William Campbell's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Appomattox County, they pushed their record up to 10-1 with the win, which was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, William Campbell will face off against Nelson County at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Appomattox County, they will head out on the road to square off against Rustburg at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
