Soccer Game Preview: Hanford vs. Dinuba

Hanford hasn't had much luck against Dinuba recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Hanford Bullpups will be playing at home against the Dinuba Emperors at 6:00 p.m. Dinuba took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Hanford, who comes in off a win.

Back in December of 2024, Hanford narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Hanford West 2-1. The Bullpups wouldn't have won without Luis Beltran, who scored the game-winner.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Dinuba was not quite Madera South's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Stallions by a score of 3-2. That's two games in a row now that the Emperors have lost by just one goal.

Hanford has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3-2 record this season. As for Dinuba, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-4-3.
