Baseball Recap: Meade Takes a Loss

The Meade Mustangs lost 13-1 to the Glen Burnie Gophers on Saturday.

Meade saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Logan Groff, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run. Alexander Kund also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Meade's defeat dropped their record down to 0-16-1. As for Glen Burnie, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-13-2.

Looking ahead, Meade will head out to face off against North County at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Glen Burnie, they will challenge Poly on Monday.
