Soccer Game Preview: University vs. West Orange + How To Watch

The University Cougars will venture away from home to face off against the West Orange Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.

University fell victim to Ocoee and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Knights. One reason for the loss might be University's aggressive play style: Daniel Ramirez and Anthony Borges were both handed yellow cards.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, West Orange made sure to put some goals up on the board against Spruce Creek on Wednesday. They never let the Hawks get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory. West Orange might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matches by four goals or more this season.

West Orange's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for University, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-4-2.

University suffered a grim 4-0 defeat to West Orange in their previous meeting back in January of 2023. Can the Cougars avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
