Basketball Recap: Cross Plains Now 7-1 over Last Eight Games

Cross Plains lost to Cherokee back in January, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Cross Plains Buffaloes secured a 44-39 W over the Cherokee Indians.

Cross Plains is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. As for Cherokee, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.

Cross Plains and Gustine will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cherokee, they will be home for the holidays to greet Brookesmith at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
