Basketball Recap: Wyatt Hargrove's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Round Rock Christian Academy over Gloria Deo Academy

Round Rock Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 67-47 to the Gloria Deo Academy Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 59-42 on Monday.

Several Crusaders players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Wyatt Hargrove, who posted 18 points and six rebounds. Ryan Lieder was another key player, putting up seven points along with 11 assists and six boards.

Round Rock Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Gloria Deo Academy, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

When Round Rock Christian Academy and Gloria Deo Academy next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. The Crusaders will try to stop The Christian School at Castle Hills' ten-game winning streak when they meet at 7:15 p.m. on December 4. Meanwhile, Gloria Deo Academy will challenge Boerne Area Christian HomeSchoolers and their three-game winning streak at 8:00 p.m. on Monday.
