Basketball Game Preview: King Abdullah Academy Falcons vs. Trinity Christian Gryphons

The King Abdullah Academy Falcons just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Trinity Christian Gryphons at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Thursday, King Abdullah Academy didn't have too much trouble with Fredericksburg Academy as they won 63-49.

Meanwhile, everything went Trinity Christian's way against Immanuel Christian on Tuesday as Trinity Christian made off with a 61-40 win. The Gryphons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 21 points or more this season.

King Abdullah Academy's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-16. As for Trinity Christian, the win got them back to even at 8-8.

King Abdullah Academy skirted past Trinity Christian 50-47 when the teams last played back in December of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for King Abdullah Academy since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
