Volleyball Recap: SouthLake Christian Academy Takes a Loss

SouthLake Christian Academy lost against Concord Academy back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. SouthLake Christian Academy came up short against Concord Academy, falling 3-0. SouthLake Christian Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-19, 25-15.

Leading Concord Academy to victory were Addison Jones and Emma Moose. Jones had 16 assists and eight digs, while Moose had 13 digs and five assists. Jones has been hot for a while, having posted 12 or more assists the last nine times she's played.

SouthLake Christian Academy's record is now 4-10. As for Concord Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

SouthLake Christian Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Metrolina Christian Academy on the 7th. As for Concord Academy, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Hickory Grove Christian on the 7th.
