Volleyball Recap: Jackson Find Success + How To Watch

Jackson won the last time they faced Carterville and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Fighting Indians came out on top against the Lions by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Fighting Indians.

Jackson easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-12.

Melaina Haines paced Jackson's offense, picking up nine kills. Haines got some help from Avery Brune and her 13 assists. Kateryna Elefson controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Jackson's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Carterville, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.

Jackson has already played their next game (against Dexter), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Carterville, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Pinckneyville on the 3rd.
