Volleyball Recap: McFarland Takes a Loss

McFarland lost against Luxemburg-Casco back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. McFarland fell 2-0 to Luxemburg-Casco. McFarland has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kayla Landerud paced McFarland's offense, picking up seven kills. Landerud got some help from Callie Spanos and her eight assists.

McFarland's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Luxemburg-Casco, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-4.

McFarland wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Kettle Moraine Lutheran on the 20th. As for Luxemburg-Casco, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Waukesha West on the 20th.
