Appalachian Christian School extended their road winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Russell Bryant. The Trailblazers took down the Blue Ridge Christian Bears 71-56 on Thursday for which the team can thank Bryant, who shot 69% from the field en route to 27 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 45.6% shooting accuracy.
Another player making a difference was Blake Waldron, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 11 boards. He has been hot recently, having posted 11 or more rebounds the last three times he's played.
Appalachian Christian School's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Blue Ridge Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
