Houston Christian put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 55-51 W against the Lincoln Tigers.

When it comes to explaining why Lincoln lost, don't look at Lanae Dallas. Despite the final result, she posted 18 points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Ar'Jayla Elder, who dropped a double-double with ten points and ten boards.

Houston Christian's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Lincoln, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Houston Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, an 85-65 loss against Dawson on the 15th. As for Lincoln, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 38-35 win against Legacy School of Sport Sciences on the 14th.
