Softball Recap: Stow-Munroe Falls Takes a Loss

Stow-Munroe Falls managed to slip by Oak Park-River Forest the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Stow-Munroe Falls came up short against Oak Park-River Forest on Wednesday, falling 13-3. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured seven defeats in a row dating back to last season.

Kenzie Orosz made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with three RBI. Another player making a difference was Aaliyah Thammachack, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Stow-Munroe Falls' loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Oak Park-River Forest, the win keeps they at an undefeated 8-0.

Looking ahead, Stow-Munroe Falls will be playing at home against Brecksville-Broadview Heights at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Oak Park-River Forest, they will take on Manchester at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
