Volleyball Recap: Pine Eagle Comes Up Short

Pine Eagle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Spartans of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Pine Eagle's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Pine Eagle has already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Union on the 9th. As for Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Ontario on the 6th.
