Basketball Recap: Morrison Takes a Loss

Morrison had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They were dealt a 63-35 defeat at the hands of the North Boone Vikings on Wednesday.

When it comes to explaining why Morrison lost, don't look at Brayden Rubright. Despite the final result, he posted 19 points.

The win got North Boone back to even at 1-1.

Morrison wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 68-23 loss against Mendota on the 28th. As for North Boone, they will host Sycamore at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
