Football Game Preview: Pawhuska vs. Morrison

Pawhuska will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Morrison at 7:00 PM. Both teams are strolling into their match after big wins in their previous games.

Pawhuska simply couldn't be stopped last week, as they easily beat Woodland 50-8. Sophomore Bryce Drummond was the offensive standout of the match for Pawhuska, as he passed for 354 yards and 6 touchdowns. In fact, with 11 tackles Drummond was a force on both sides of the ball.

Meanwhile, Morrison were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They made easy work of Pawnee and carried off a 24-0 win. Followers of Morrison probably expected little less of the team in a season in which they have collected three blowout victories.

Their wins bumped Morrison to 3-0 and Pawhuska to 2-1. After both teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one of them is set up to suffer a discouraging change of fortune.
