Highland gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They blew past the Miller School of Albemarle Mavericks, posting an 80-50 victory. For the Hawks, this counts as revenge for the 64-44 win the Mavericks walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2024.
