Preview: Bosque Bobcats vs. Rehoboth Christian Lynx

The Bosque Bobcats will head out on the road to challenge the Rehoboth Christian Lynx at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Bosque has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 494 points over their last seven matchups.

Bosque put the finishing touches on their tenth blowout victory of the season on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 69-33 win over Cuba on the road. The match was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Bosque had established a 32 point advantage.

Bosque's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Cooper Hautau, who scored 17 points along with seven rebounds and two steals, and Josiah Wilson, who scored 19 points along with six rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Wilson has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Oliver Tumolo, who scored two points along with seven rebounds and five assists.

Meanwhile, Rehoboth Christian came up short against the Chieftains on Monday and fell 63-51.

Bosque has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season. As for Rehoboth Christian, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-5.

Bosque beat the Lynx 65-58 in their previous matchup back in January of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bosque since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
