The Archbold Blue Streaks will head out to challenge the Toledo Christian Eagles at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Archbold is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.1 goals per game this season.

Archbold will roll into the contest after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one goal on Saturday, then bounced right back against Swanton on Tuesday. The Blue Streaks blew past the Bulldogs 8-2. Quinn Sauder was a massive factor in the win as he booted in six goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, Toledo Christian fell victim to Van Buren and their airtight defense on Monday. They came up short against the Black Knights, falling 3-0. Toledo Christian have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Toledo Christian's loss dropped their record down to 9-5-2. As for Archbold, their victory bumped their record up to 12-3-1.

Archbold took their win against Toledo Christian when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 10-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Blue Streaks since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
