Volleyball Recap: Woodbridge Takes a Loss

It was a good run, but Woodbridge unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They came up short against the El Capitan Vaqueros, falling 3-0.

Woodbridge's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10-1. As for El Capitan, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season.

Woodbridge will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on University at 5:15 p.m. on the 25th. As for El Capitan, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Mission Bay on the 13th.
