Waunakee waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 5-1 victory over the Lodi Blue Devils. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The team relied heavily on Audra Ubersox, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times she's played.

Waunakee's win bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Lodi, their loss dropped their record down to 6-2.

Coming up, Waunakee will square off against Sun Prairie at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lodi, they will challenge Tomahawk at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Hatchets are coming into the contest with three straight defeats at home, meaning the Blue Devils will have to defend against a squad out to give their home crowd a much needed win.
