Football Recap: Great Bend's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to 11 + How To Watch

With a playoff win on the line, Great Bend rose to the challenge on Friday. They walked away with a 29-22 victory over the Hays Indians. The 29-point effort marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Daxton Minton had another great game (as he tends to do), throwing for 155 yards and three TDs while completing 72.2% of his passes, and also rushing for 73 yards. Another player making a difference was Ian Premer, who gained 143 total yards and two touchdowns.

The win keeps Great Bend at an undefeated 11-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 45.6 points this season. As for Hays, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-3.
