Softball Recap: Conrad Comes Up Short

Conrad was the 10-8 winner over Columbus/Absarokee/Park City when they last played one another back in April of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Girls Cowboys fell 14-9 to the Cougars on Friday. The Girls Cowboys have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Emily Thompson made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Elektra Denzer, who went 2-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Conrad's loss dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Columbus/Absarokee/Park City, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-6.

As of now, neither Conrad nor the Cougars have any future games scheduled.
