Sachse has gone 8-2 against Garland recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Mustangs will welcome the Owls at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Sachse will bounce into Friday's contest after beating Rowlett, who they had gone 1-7-1 against in their nine prior meetings. The Mustangs' defense stepped up to hand the Eagles a 4-0 shutout on Tuesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Sachse considering their one-goal performance the match before.

They hit Rowlett with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from CAMERON SPARKS, ARMAN KACEVIC, AHMAD ELATRASH, and DIEGO HERNANDEZ.

Garland fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back wins it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against North Garland. The victory was all the more spectacular given Garland's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 627th, while North Garland are ranked 216th).

Garland's win bumped their record up to 2-10-3. As for Sachse, their victory bumped their record up to 9-3-2.

Sachse got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in January against Garland by a conclusive 4-0 score. Will the Mustangs repeat their success, or do the Owls have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
