After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Osceola, Northeast was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They never let the Boca Ciega Pirates onto the board and left with a 7-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Vikings, who have now won five matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Northeast pushed their record up to 8-4-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those four contests. As for Boca Ciega, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Northeast will head out on the road to face off against St. Petersburg at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Petersburg will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Northeast surely won't give up without a fight. As for Boca Ciega, they will be home for the holidays to greet Lakewood at 8:00 p.m. on Monday.
