Jack Goergen Game Report: @ Hampshire

Hersey was sadly handed a defeat on Saturday, but Jack Goergen did his best to prevent it. Goergen pitched 1.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits, which was good enough to also set a new career-low in walks.

Coming up, Goergen and Hersey will square off against Conant at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday. Sadly, Goergen's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Huskies' seven-game streak of wins on the road.
