Baseball Recap: Ravenswood Comes Up Short on the Road Against Oak Glen

Ravenswood kicked off their season on the road on Saturday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 16-9 to the Oak Glen Golden Bears.

Evan Swain made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 4-for-4 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Those four hits gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Cooper Anderson, who scored a run while going 1-for-4.

Oak Glen's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2.

While Ravenswood had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
