Ursuline has gone 9-1 against New Rochelle recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Koalas are taking a road trip to challenge the Huguenots at 4:30 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Ursuline is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Scarsdale just ended the team's seven-match winning streak on Monday. They came up short against the Raiders, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Koalas have suffered since September 26th.

Ursuline was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 26-24, 25-18.

Meanwhile, New Rochelle lost 3-0 to Maria Regina last Sunday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Huguenots haven't been shut out since back in September.

New Rochelle's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Ursuline, their loss dropped their record down to 13-6-1.

Everything went Ursuline's way against New Rochelle when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as Ursuline made off with a 3-0 win. Will the Koalas repeat their success, or do the Huguenots have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
