Volleyball Recap: Trion Takes a Loss

Trion lost against Model two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bulldogs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blue Devils. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Trion was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Model work for it, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 29-27.

Trion's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Model, they pushed their record up to 20-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coincidentally, Trion and Model will both be playing Gordon Lee the next time they take the court. The Blue Devils will head out to face the Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Bulldogs will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
