Lexington is 8-2 against Blythewood since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Lexington Wildcats will be playing at home against the Blythewood Bengals at 7:00 p.m. Lexington's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Lexington is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of South Carolina's top teams: Clover, who was ranked 24th at the time (Lexington was ranked 22nd). Lexington skirted past Clover 3-2.

Sidney Kitts and Adriana Dunat scored all three of Lexington's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Meanwhile, Blythewood put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their undefeated season alive. Their defense stepped up to hand Westwood a 10-0 shutout. The Bengals' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last four games.

Blythewood's win bumped their record up to 5-0-1. As for Lexington, the victory got them back to even at 2-2-1.
