Volleyball Recap: Dimond Finds Playoff Glory Versus Service + How To Watch

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Dimond had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Service Cougars. The Lynx haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Dimond not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Service between 16 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-17, 25-16.

Among those leading the charge was Fuasala Fautanu, who had 16 digs and one assist. Those 16 digs gave her a new career-high.

Dimond's victory bumped their record up to 32-12-1. As for Service, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 24-14-3 record this season.

Dimond didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Chugiak on the 8th. Service does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
