Volleyball Game Preview: Hamilton County Foxes vs. Pinckneyville Panthers

The Hamilton County Foxes are taking a road trip to square off against the Pinckneyville Panthers at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. Hamilton County is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.

On Wednesday, Hamilton County didn't have quite enough to beat Benton and fell 2-1.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Hamilton County sadly wound up on the wrong side. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 23-25, 25-9.

Meanwhile, Pinckneyville came up short against Waterloo on Thursday and fell 2-0. The Panthers have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-14.

Pinckneyville's defeat dropped their record down to 23-8. As for Hamilton County, they now have a losing record of 15-16.

Hamilton County couldn't quite get it done against Pinckneyville in their previous meeting back in October of 2019 as they fell 2-0. Can the Foxes avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
