Volleyball Recap: Seneca Takes a Loss

Seneca was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Hollister Tigers, falling 3-0. The Indians were not able to make up for their defeat to the Tigers from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Seneca was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Hollister work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-18, 25-11.

Seneca's loss dropped their record down to 4-10-1. As for Hollister, their victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-2-1.

Seneca didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 defeat against Cassville on the 16th. As for Hollister, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Lighthouse Christian on the 16th.
