Flag Football Recap: North Atlanta Drops Season-High Score on Riverwood

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Atlanta). They strolled past the Riverwood Raiders with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 25-6. The victory was some much needed relief for the Warriors as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

North Atlanta's win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 3-7. As for Riverwood, they are on a 20-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Coincidentally, North Atlanta and Riverwood will both be playing The Weber School the next time they take the field. The Warriors will host the Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Raiders will play them later in the day, at 8:00 p.m.
