Volleyball Game Preview: Iota Bulldogs vs. Rayne Wolves

The Iota Bulldogs are taking a road trip to face off against the Rayne Wolves at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Iota will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.

Iota's tournament run continued when they took on Covenant Christian Academy on Saturday. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Lions by a score of 2-0.

Meanwhile, Rayne didn't have quite enough to beat Westlake on Monday and fell 3-2. The Wolves haven't had much luck with the Rams recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Rayne took Westlake into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking eight-point loss. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-21, 25-17, 14-25, 15-7.

Iota's victory bumped their record up to 24-3. As for Rayne, they now have a losing record of 14-15.

Iota took their win against Rayne in their previous meeting back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulldogs since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
