Baseball Recap: Douglas Tigers vs. Spanish Springs Cougars

Douglas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 9-4 to the Spanish Springs Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-2 on April 12th.

Douglas saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Blaine Bilderback, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. Another was Jared Peters, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.
