Basketball Game Preview: Livermore Cowboys vs. Granada Matadors

Livermore hasn't had much luck against Granada recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Livermore Cowboys will welcome the Granada Matadors at 7:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Livermore is headed into Friday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fifth straight game on Tuesday. They took a 50-36 bruising from Monte Vista.

Meanwhile, Granada was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 79-37 loss at the hands of De La Salle. The match marked the Matadors' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Granada's loss dropped their record down to 7-18. As for Livermore, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-11.
