Preview: Troy vs. Foothill

Foothill fans better hope the squad plays one heck of a game on Friday as the odds are decidedly against them. They will take on Troy at 7 p.m. ET. The Knights are coming into the game hot, not having lost a game yet.

Foothill didn't have too much trouble with Brea Olinda last Friday as they won 25-8. Roman Pistone was the offensive standout of the contest for the Knights, as he rushed for 103 yards and one TD on 23 carries.

Foothill's defense was a presence as well, and it made life painful for the quarterback and embarrassed Brea Olinda's offensive line for a total of seven sacks. Leading the way was Isaiah Bolanos and his three sacks.

Meanwhile, Troy suffered a grim 48-16 defeat to Sunny Hills. A silver lining for Troy was the play of Roman Arriaga, who accumulated 194 passing yards and picked up 54 yards on the ground on ten carries. Arriaga's performance made up for a slower matchup against La Habra two weeks ago.

Foothill's victory lifted them to 10-0 while Troy's loss dropped them down to 3-7. We'll find out if Foothill can add another positive mark to their record or if Troy can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of Foothill's step.
