Basketball Recap: Bell Gardens Comes Up Short

Bell Gardens was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 64-49 to the Alhambra Moors. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lancers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 59-48 two weeks ago.

Bell Gardens' record now sits at 6-14. As for Alhambra, they now have a winning record of 12-11.

Bell Gardens will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against San Gabriel at 6:30 p.m. As for Alhambra, they will challenge Montebello at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Alhambra is facing Montebello at the right time seeing as Montebello is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
