Volleyball Recap: Gar-Field Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Gar-Field lost against Woodbridge back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Red Wolves came up short against the Vikings, falling 3-0. The Red Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-15, 25-13.

Leading Woodbridge to victory were Caroline Freeman and Mariana Osorio. Freeman had 11 digs and nine aces, while Osorio had nine digs and two aces. Those nine aces gave Freeman a new career-high. Ivana Soto also deserves some recognition as she had her first dig of the season.

Gar-Field's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Woodbridge, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Gar-Field wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Forest Park on the 25th. As for Woodbridge, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Freedom on the 25th.
