Bryce Young, DJ Uiagalelei, Myles Murao and Kourt Williams lead the list of star power for the No. 1 vs. No. 2 showdown.

A look at the top players featured from the two Trinity League powers.

There will be 49 players on the field Friday rated as a 3-star recruit or have at least one FBS offer when No. 1 Mater Dei (Santa Ana, Calif.) squares off against No. 2 St. John Bosco (Bellflower, Calif.).

Expect that number to grow because Dean NeeleyBJ ToloQuincy CraigNathan Burrell and Jarius Satele should land offers sooner rather than later.

This is already one of the best rivalries in high school football and it's even better when it is No. 1 vs. No. 2. Tickets went on sale this past weekend and were sold out in less than 24 hours and it has been reported some tickets were being sold on Craigslist for over $100.

Mater Dei (Santa Ana, Calif.) has been the top-ranked team from the start and is 8-0 in 2019. The Monarchs have won every game by at least 16 points and are winning by nearly 40 points per game.

St. John Bosco (Bellflower, Calif.) started the year at No. 3 and moved up a spot when the Monarchs knocked off St. Frances Academy (Baltimore). The Braves are 8-0 and have won all but one game by double digits.

For the first time ever during the modern recruiting rankings era (1999) the top two quarterbacks will be playing against each other. 2020 Clemson commit DJ Uiagalelei checks in as the No. 1 rated QB and 2020 Alabama commit Bryce Young is the top dual-threat quarterback and No. 2 overall.

This will be the third matchup between the two, they split in 2018.

Don't expect this to be the last meeting between the two Southern California powers as they've played in the past three CIF Southern Section Division 1 championships. The Braves won in 2016 and the Monarchs won in 2017 and 2018.

Here is a complete list of all the players who are ranked or have an FBS offer according to 247sports composite as of Oct. 23, 2019.
