Basketball Recap: Faith Christian vs. Bethany Christian
Faith Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against Bethany Christian, falling 62-40. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against Faith Christian this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 48-41 back in January.
Despite the loss, Faith Christian still got an impressive performance from Isaac Kaynor, who went 5 for 9 en route to 11 points. Mark Kincer was another key player, putting up six points along with five boards and three blocks.
Bethany Christian was led to victory by Nathaniel Byers and Luca Halalau. Byers went 10 of 22 on his way to 27 points, while Halalau almost dropped a double-double on 20 points and nine assists.
