The California Lutheran C-Hawks are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on the Woodcrest Christian Royals at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. California Lutheran will be strutting in after a win while Woodcrest Christian will be coming in after a defeat.

California Lutheran is headed out to face Woodcrest Christian after opening their season at home and giving their fans just what they were looking for. The C-Hawks strolled past California Military Institute with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 63-46.

California Lutheran relied on the efforts of Tyler Treder, who dropped a double-double with 35 points and 18 rebounds, and Ezra Seow, who shot 53% from the field to rack up 25 points in addition to six assists and six boards. The matchup was Treder's eighth in a row with at least 19 points.

Meanwhile, Woodcrest Christian ended up a good deal behind Heritage on Monday and lost 73-56. The Royals have struggled against the Patriots recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

California Lutheran couldn't quite get it done against Woodcrest Christian when the teams last played back in November of 2024 as they fell 68-59.
