Park City came tearing into Tuesday's contest with 11 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.4 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Hillcrest Huskies as they made off with an 11-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Miners, who have now won eight matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Park City got a massive performance out of Jakob DeVries, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and three RBI. That's the most RBI DeVries has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Wesley Dewitt, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-4.

DeVries wasn't the only one making solid contact: Park City kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least 11 hits in seven consecutive games.

Park City pushed their record up to 15-3 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.6 runs on average over those games. As for Hillcrest, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.

Park City will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Huskies: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
