Christian Heritage Academy waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Roanoke Valley Christian EAGLES with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on September 2nd.

Christian Heritage Academy never let Roanoke Valley Christian on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-23, 25-12.

Emily Kate Fifer paced Christian Heritage Academy's offense, picking up 12 kills. Fifer got some help from Alaina Bowman and her 31 assists. Reese McDonald controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Christian Heritage Academy's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Roanoke Valley Christian, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-6.

Coming up, Christian Heritage Academy will head out to face off against Faith Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Roanoke Valley Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Timberlake Christian at 7:00 p.m.
