Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger won the last time they faced Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Saints walked away with a 9-6 win over the Cadets. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Saints.

Braxton Bermes was a major factor no matter where he played. He pitched five innings while giving up three earned runs off five hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (five). He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Bermes wasn't the only one making solid contact as three players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Braden Aguirre, who scored a run while going 2-for-5. Aguirre also put up an RBI, which was his first of the season. Another was Jeremy Haynes, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
