While Cerritos's victory against Glenn wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Dons won by a set and slipped past the Eagles 3-2. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Dons as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Cerritos took Glenn into a fifth set where they got it done with a eight-point win. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-23, 20-25, 23-25, 15-7.

The victory got Cerritos back to even at 8-8. As for Glenn, they dropped their record down to 8-11 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Cerritos will take on rival Whitney at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Glenn is set to face off against their familiar foe Pioneer at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
